What you need / International Drivers` Permit
　

Passport (for copy) or Japanese I.D card + license.
Deposit: 12,000 yen for per bike(Refundable upon end of rental, subject to the condition of the bike)

Regular Drivers` License + International Drivers' Permit with the"A"box next to your photo stamped. ["B" box will not suffice].

U.S License holders, becareful that your IDP is a "International Permit" not an "International License". "AAA" Issued licenses are needed to ride / drive in Japan.

Residents of Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium and Taiwan do not need an IDP but need an official translation of their license.

Cancellations
　 Due to changes in weather or circumstances we understand the need to cancel. We ask that you let us know by email / telephone / fax as early as possible.
Cancellations: A cancellation within 24 hours of rental period due to start will be charged 3000 yen per scooter.

Delivery + How to get to us
　 Delivery is limited to JR Uzumasa station.
You can get to JR Uzuamsa station easily from JR Kyoto station in just 15 minutes!

BY TRAIN: JR Uzumasa is on the JR Sagano Saiin line, departing platforms 31,32 and 33 from Kyoto station. Takes just 15 minutes! And at least 3 trains per hour.

Other ways to get to Kyoto Rental Scooters:

BY SUBWAY: Subway to Uzumasa / Tenjin gawa, change to Keifuku Line heading to Arashiyama. Get off at Arisugawa.

BY KEIFUKU and HANKYU LINE:
from Shijo Omiya station:
To Arisugawa station [Keifuku line] taking around 15 minutes heading to Arashiyama. [we are located outside the station]

BY BUS: [not recommended in the high seasons.]
Arisugawa bus terminal. No`s 71,72,73 buses from Kyoto station taking 30 minutes approx.

Fuel costs
　
Fuel in Japan costs approximately 150 yen per liter. To fill the scooter it costs approx 900 yen. The scooters run on "Regular Gasoline".
